I read a great tweet recently that said, “We need more dropouts in edtech.” I love this sentiment because it looks past the failure of a person and looks at a system that can improve with feedback from one underserved.

Do you take time to reflect or survey students who don’t do well in your class or school? IS it the approach, policies, or pedagogy? Can we listen and learn so we can improve next time around?
