If you have experienced burnout you know that no one burns out in only their job. That burnout overflows into other areas of your life. In this first episode of Season 2 of the Kick Some Class Podcast Bryan talks through a core belief from his book. This core belief is called the three domains. You can pick up a copy of the book on Amazon by searching either Bryan Zevotek or “Recalculating” A freebie that goes along with this episode is the idea of breaking through our perfectionism to move forward. The audio in the recording isn’t great due to my microphone going out but the passion and content are better as they naturally flowed so I battled my perfectionistic mind and hit publish anyway.
