Check out this FAST 60 second Google Jamboard tutorial. You can be jamming fast with Google’s easy to use interactive whiteboard application, Google Jamboard.

Google Jamboard is a simple to use virtual whiteboard. You can get started quickly with basic drawing tools. The drawing tools panel consists of shape tools, an eraser, an image importer, and a laser pointer. The pointer comes in handy for explaining or highlighting your ideas. Bored with a plain background, change it to graph paper, lined paper, grids, and other colors to suit your needs. The possibilities for use in class are endless.

You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.

What can you do with a Google Jamboard?

Now that you’ve created something awesome, simply export your frame. Frames are the individual pages of a Jamboard. You can export them to a variety of formats and applications. An exported frame is now ready for whatever you need it to do. These images, pdfs and files can be shared in other programs. Now, simply import the drawing into a slideshow, a story or an assignment. It’s like adding more cowbell, everything needs more Jamboard.

Can Google Jamboard Help Me Work with Others?

What fun would working alone be? Now that you have created your own jams, maybe you need a collaborative session. Besides exporting the creation to other applications, the Jamboard itself can easily and intuitively become a collaborative space for teams and groups to brainstorm, plan or give feedback. The Jamboard is sharable with others in your school or community through the normal share options. Invite colleagues or students, change their permissions and get work done. Collaborate live with others, organize your ideas on separate boards, clear the screen, and start fresh, the possibilities are endless.
